We understandthe importance of fast and reliable delivery, as well as careful packaging ofyour precious purchases. Read below to learn more about our delivery andshipping policies.
SHIPPING ORDER PROCESSING
Once you will send us a request about a product through our contact page, accessible in each product page, our sales service will establish and forward to you a proforma invoice in which will be added :
- The shipping cost.
- the VAT of 20% if you are in a country of the european community.
- the local VAT and taxes if you are in Switerzland and UK ; sales will be DDP (delivery duties paid).
- for all other countries terms of sales are DDU ( delivery and duties unpaid).
- if you are trade company in the CEE with your own VAT number, the French VAT of 20 % will not be applied.
- If they need additional information to do it, they will contact you by mail.
- All the items that are in stock will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days (depends on we have to build a wooden crate) You will give you the estimated delivery date in the proforma invoice.
- Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

We ship worldwide to over 180 countries.
With your country in our contact form, we will be able to find the more secure and cheapest way to ship to your address. (DHL, road transport, airfreight, seafreight)
