We dispatch from France, with our warehouses and showroom located in the Southeast, at 84800 L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.

- Air cargo freight in a wooden crate
- Consolidated sea freight in a wooden crate
- Our own truck for deliveries within France and other CEE countries.
All items are fully insured during delivery. If you notice any damage to the package before opening it, please notify the delivery company immediately. If damage is found after opening, kindly inform us right away through our contact form.
To ensure we can assist you efficiently, please report any defective or damaged product to us within 2 days of receiving it. Simply describe and document the issue as required, and send the item back for inspection.
We are committed to resolving any issues, but please note that we can only replace or refund the product after the damage or defect has been verified. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll work swiftly to address your concerns.
If you need to edit or cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order enters the shipping process, we’re unable to make changes. However, you can still return your products within 14 days of delivery. For more details, please refer to our returns policy.
