    SHIPPING ORDER PROCESSING

    Once you will send us a request about a product through our contact page, accessible in each product page, our sales service will establish and forward to you a proforma invoice in which will be added :

    • The shipping cost.
    • the VAT of 20% if you are in a CEE country.
    • the local VAT and taxes if you are in Switerzland and UK ; sales will be DDP (delivery duties paid).
    • for all other countries terms of sales are DDU ( delivery and duties unpaid).
    • if you are  trade company in the CEE with your own VAT number, the French VAT of 20 % will not be applied.
    • If they need additional information to do it, they will contact you by mail.
    • All the items that are in stock will be shipped in 3 to  5 business days (depends on we have to build a wooden crate) You will give you the estimated delivery date in the proforma invoice.
    • Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.
